We ship via PostNL; the shipping cost will be added to cart once you select your destination country. Please contact us if you would like to make a purchase but your country is not on the drop-down list.


For online purchases, we offer refund to original payment method if the customer notifies us and returns the items within 14 days of receipt, except sale items. We do not honor refunds if 14 days have passed since the customer has received the parcel.

Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are not eligible. Any items sold at discount or on sale will be sold as-is with absolutely no refunds and no exceptions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. We recommend return item to be shipped with tracking number, we are not responsible for damage, loss, theft during return delivery. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to customer at customer’s expense.


All orders shipped internationally outside of Europe are FINAL SALE and are not subject to any returns/refunds.

For orders outside of EU, all additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
